QAYFIN Financial & Accounting Services ("QAYFIN", "we") operates this website. This notice explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what we do not do.
What this site collects
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the consultation request form: your name, company, email address, and optionally your telephone number, country, company size, the services that interest you and your message.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry. We use it to reply to you and, if you engage us, to open a client file. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent by email to QAYFIN and are not stored on this website or in any database. The email is delivered through Web3Forms, our form-delivery provider, which processes it only to deliver the message. Nothing is passed to any advertising network, data broker or marketing platform.
What this site does not do
This site sets no advertising cookies. It runs no analytics or tracking scripts, no social media pixels, and no third-party embeds.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to meet our professional and statutory record-keeping obligations. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is a professional duty we treat as absolute. We do not name clients, quote clients, or describe a client's situation in any public material, including this website. Information you share with us before an engagement begins is treated with the same care as information shared during one.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@qayfin.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes standard technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from attack.
